As Managing Partner, Justin leads the (m)PHASIZE Innovation Team in developing new ways to measure and increase the marketing ROI for our clients. Justin has over 25 years of experience designing advanced analytic solutions for clients in the CPG, Financial Services, Telecom, & Pharma industries.

Prior to his tenure at (m)PHASIZE, Justin held a position as Senior Vice President at the Nielsen Company where his responsibilities included new product development and enhancement of analytic capabilities, as well as a position as Vice President at Marketing Management Analytics (MMA). His research findings were also presented at academic conferences including Marketing Science Conference.

Julie MaehrSenior Vice President

Julie has been specializing in Marketing Mix, media measurement and portfolio optimization for nearly two decades. She is an expert at customizing solutions to deliver actionable data-driven insights that produce meaningful results for her client’s bottom line. She has experience analyzing a wide range of brands across many verticals –Retail, CPG/OTC, QSR, Pharma. Before joining (m)PHASIZE, Julie led a team at Analytic Partners delivering marketing mix analyses globally.

Noah GanterSenior Vice President

Noah Ganter has worked in the marketing industry for 20 years developing an expertise in developing data for response modeling. He works collaboratively with business leads to translate sophisticated response models into insights to increase efficiency and profitability. Having embraced the power of technology to facilitate the development of insights, Noah plays a role between core analytics, IT and Data, and business planning. He has spent time learning from experts at established companies like Nielsen but also with entrepreneurs at a small startup company.

Thai TangVice President

As head of Data & Technology at (m)PHASIZE, Thai is responsible for bringing our analytic offerings to clients through the use of technology. He leads the development of our software platforms, data integration engines, and security protocols. Thai has more than 20 years of experience in building custom marketing mix data processing, reporting and predictive simulation/optimization software. Prior to joining (m)PHASIZE, Thai led teams at TMG/Nielsen and MMA in building custom data and analytic platforms.
