He founded (m)PHASIZE to deliver a better way to link marketing investment to consumer behavior & sales. Under Sunny's leadership and guidance, (m)PHASIZE has quickly risen to an industry leader "cracking the code" on quantifying cross media ROI and linking consumer survey tracking data to actual in-market sales performance.

Prior to founding (m)PHASIZE, Sunny was the President of IRI's Global Business & Consumer Insights and the President of Marketing Management Analytics (MMA) where he managed over 1,000 marketing ROI engagements. Sunny is frequently invited to speak at key industry forums and was named a media maven by AdAge.

Justin J. KimManaging Partner

As Managing Partner, Justin leads the (m)PHASIZE Innovation Team in developing new ways to measure and increase the marketing ROI for our clients. Justin has over 20 years of experience designing advanced analytic solutions for clients in the CPG, Financial Services, Telecom, & Pharma industries.

Prior to his tenure at (m)PHASIZE, Justin held a position as Senior Vice President at the Nielsen Company where his responsibilities included new product development and enhancement of analytic capabilities, as well as a position as Vice President at Marketing Management Analytics (MMA). His research findings were also presented at academic conferences including Marketing Science Conference.

Konstantinos SpetsarisSenior Partner

Konstantinos is a Managing Partner responsible for the Client Solutions & Analytics practice. He brings over 15 years of marketing ROI domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering highly actionable insights that his clients depend upon to guide their marketing investments.

Prior to (m)PHASIZE, Konstantinos was a Senior Vice President at the Nielsen Company where he managed the ROI and Pricing & Promotion analytics partnerships with major global manufacturers. His additional professional experience includes, The Modeling Group (TMG) and Marketing Management Analytics (MMA).

Ryan StewartVice President

Ryan is Senior Vice President of Client Solutions & Analytics. He brings over 10 years of client management and solution delivery experience to the (m)PHASIZE team. Prior to joining (m)PHASIZE, Ryan was with The Nielsen Company and The Modeling Group specializing in marketing analytics and delivering insights to a wide range of global clients within the CPG, Retail, and Pharma industries. His analytics expertise includes marketing ROI optimization, market structure, consumer segmentation, and assortment planning optimization.

Prior to joining the Marketing Research industry, Ryan spent time in the Database Development and Industrial Engineering fields.

Julie AndrolowiczVice President

Julie’s role at (m)PHASIZE is Vice President of Client Solutions & Analytics. She delivers customized analytic solutions addressing key business issues in media optimization, brand ROI maximization and portfolio planning. Before joining (m)PHASIZE, she led a team at Analytic Partners delivering marketing mix analyses globally. Julie has been specializing in Marketing Mix and budget optimization since 2004.

Rob CederbaumSenior Vice President

As Chief Analytics Officer of (m)PHASIZE, Rob is responsible for the methodology, process, and development of our analytic offerings. Rob brings over 15 years of experience in applied marketing analytics and statistics, as well as client service to the team.

Prior to joining (m)PHASIZE, Rob was Vice President, Practice Area Lead at the Nielsen Company, where he managed the global modeling, operations, and innovation team for a major global manufacturer. Rob's previous professional experience also includes tenures at The Modeling Group (TMG), Information Resources Inc. (IRI), and Mathematica Policy Research.

Thai TangVice President

As Chief Technology Officer of (m)PHASIZE, Thai is responsible for bringing our analytic offerings to clients through the use of technology. He leads the development of our software platforms, data integration engines, and security protocols. Thai has more than 15 years of experience in building custom marketing mix data processing, reporting and predictive simulation/optimization software. Prior to joining (m)PHASIZE, Thai led teams at TMG/Nielsen and MMA in building custom data and analytic platforms.
